This position is responsible for bartending during lunch or dinner shifts.  They are also responsible for bartending during events and golf outings.  Duties of the job include a general knowledge in bartending, inventory control and cash handling.  Unmatched customer service is key in this position as dealing with customers is always first priority.  Must be 21 years of age to apply.  Must have completed Illinois Basset training or be willing to complete the online training sessions.


This position is responsible for assisting in the set up and execution of banquets, parties, and outings.  Set up includes arranging tables, linens, chairs, buffet tables and any other duties needed to prepare for events.  This position is also required to be a part of a team that helps execute events.  This would include serving, bussing, break down after the event concludes and cleaning.  Our banquet staff is highly detailed and practices exemplary customer service.


Responsible for selling golf shop merchandise to customers, handling cash and credit transactions, answering phones, interacting with patrons, and providing information and handling request and complaints with a positive attitude and in a friendly, professional manner. Assists with inventory control, maintains the cleanliness of the golf shop and ensures the merchandise displays are properly stocked and organized.


Participates in all activities related to outside member/guest services. Activities may include serving as a valet in the bag drop area, transporting golf bags from the parking lot and/or bag storage area to and from golf carts, cleaning clubs, staging and/or returning golf cars, performing practice range duties, cleaning and maintaining golf cars, etc. Responsibilities also include greeting and interacting with members/guests and providing information and/or assistance as appropriate.
